Marketing Manager

Job description

You are responsible for managing the company’s marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Reports marketing and sales results to Head of Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform industry research to identify trends and industry needs and interests.
Review and respond to current sales trends.
Utilize existing data and insights to inform potential.
Collaborate with different departments to develop marketing campaigns suited to different business needs.
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
– Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings.
Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service.
Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives.
Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

2 to 3 years of B2B Marketing experience.
Full-time availability.
Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong networking skills.
University Degree in marketing or business is preferred.
Excellent command of English is a plus.
Ability to deal with customers at senior management and board level.
Experience in digital marketing, sales, management is preferred.
Self-motivation and drive coupled with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a broader team.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
